Omicron CMC 256 Three Phase Relay Test Set 

This is a PC-controlled (laptop available if required) test set that generates the test signals digitally (DSP technology). This results in highly accurate testing signals, even at small amplitudes, allowing the customer to be assured that he/she has got it right first time with no need to repeat the test – saving valuable time.

The electronic design of the internal amplifiers and the use of switch-mode power supply units ensure that a minimum weight and volume is achieved. Independent channels with low-level signals are available at the back of the test sets, which can be used to control external amplifiers for applications requiring more signal channels or higher currents, voltages or power such as commissioning and periodic testing. The low-level signals can also be used for test objects which have a low-level input facility. All generators are continuously and independently adjustable in amplitude, phase and frequency. No switching of ranges is necessary which makes the testing much more straightforward for the user.

All current and voltage outputs are fully overload and short-circuit proof. In addition, the Omicron CMC 256 Three Phase Relay Test Set’s internal features and configurations protect against external high-voltage transient signals and over temperature, ensuring optimum safety when operating the instrument.

Omicron CMC 356 Three Phase Relay Test Set

The special feature of the CMC 356 is the powerful current sources with great dynamic range. Sverker 760 Relay Test Set

In addition to single phase testing, the Sverker 760 Relay Test Set is able to test three-phase protection that can be tested one phase at a time, and also a number of protective relay systems that require phase shifting, allowing the electrician to move on to their next project much more quickly. Furthermore, automatic reclosing devices can also be tested.

All values are presented on a single easy-to-read display. Users can also test directional protective equipment efficiently and accurately using the built-in variable voltage source. The Sverker 760 Relay Test Set also encompasses continuous phase shift function allowing the user to vary the phase shift, independent of the current source.

Sverker 900 Relay and Substation Test System

A step up from the Sverker 760 System, the Sverker 900 Relay and Substation Test System is ideal for an electrical engineers toolbox, addressing the increasing demand for three-phase testing capability in electrical distribution substations, renewable power generation stations and industrial applications. T&R ADM Relay Test Systems

The T&R 200ADM-P is an extremely compact and portable secondary current injection system with a 200A output capability. The unit is ideally suited to all low power secondary injection tasks requiring up to 200A, making them ideal for electricians working on smaller projects who do not require larger testing facilities.

The unit has two outputs, allowing injection of currents as low as a few hundred milliamps and up to 200A. Four true RMS metering ranges are provided, allowing the full scale of the meter and trip level to be set independently of the selected output which allows the user to achieve better resolution. Industry standard connectors are used on all inputs and outputs for convenience, reliability and safety.

The 750ADM is a compact, rugged primary current injection system with a 750A output capability. The innovative 750ADM has a maximum no load output voltage of 3.5V and the units are ideally suited to all low power primary injection tasks requiring up to 750A for short periods meaning that they are convenient for use on smaller electrical projects.

The T&R 750 ADM has two outputs, allowing injection of currents as low as a few hundred milliamps and up to 750A. Voltages up to 16V are available on the 40A output, allowing higher impedance trips to be tested. Four true RMS metering ranges are provided, allowing the full scale of the meter and trip level to be set independently of the selected output which allows the user to achieve better output accuracy. As with the previous T&R models, industry standard connectors are used on all inputs and outputs for convenience, reliability and safety.
